John Glazer - Proprietor and Responsible Individual
John has owned Richmondwood since 1986 and also has interests in other Care and
Nursing Homes in the south.
Holly Glazer - Registered Manager
Holly took over the running of Richmondwood in February 2008. She has completed NVQ 2 & 3 in Health & Social Care and Leadership & Management in Care Award.
Lucy Glazer - Facilities Manager
Lucy finally joined the family business in 2011 and is responsible for the maintenance of the home and garden.
Rosemary Bernal - Senior Carer
Rosemary joined Richmondwood in January 2009, and had previously worked in domicillary care for two years. She has her NVQ 2 in Health & Social Care.
Vicky Welland - Senior Carer
Vicky joined Richmondwood as Head Cook in April 2009 following eight years experience working in kitchens, specialising in patisserie. She later changed career and became a carer and has now been promoted to Senior Carer. She has completed her NVQ 3 in Health & Social Care.
